Hosting services

New hosting purchases are covered by a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund your hosting fees for the initial term. Refunds exclude any one‑time setup fees.

What’s not refundable

• Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals (registries treat these as final once submitted).
• SSL certificates, software licenses, and other third‑party add‑ons.
• Overage charges, abuse‑related costs, or fees incurred due to your breach of the Terms.
• Renewals, plan downgrades, or partial unused periods (unless required by law).

How to request

Email contact@enovadigitalservices.uk with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service suspension and fees.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
