Digital delivery

All products and services we sell are digital. Account credentials and provisioning details are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout or during onboarding.

Provisioning times

• Shared hosting: typically within minutes of order confirmation.
• VPS hosting: typically within a few hours, depending on configuration.
• Domains, SSL, and add‑ons: times vary by provider and verification requirements.

Order status & communication

We’ll update you by email on provisioning progress. If we need additional information to complete setup (e.g., domain verification), we’ll reach out promptly.
